What happens if the shipping address is keyed incorrectly or incomplete?

Users providing incorrect or incomplete addresses during check-out will lead to non-delivery or abandoned packages. TTBH Pte Ltd (Trans Instruments) will not be liable for any cost incurred.

When is the refund of goods applicable?

All our products are quality assured to fully conform to the Quality System Standard ISO 9001. In the unfortunate event where goods are damaged during shipment, a refund is applicable within 7 days upon the date of receipt of delivered goods.
